Narcissists' Broken Promises and Vague CommunicationNarcissists distort reality by making promises they don't intend to keep, often claiming they will change or get better without taking concrete steps. Narcissists use vague language to avoid being held accountable, stringing the victim along without any real progress.Have you ever experienced this?If so, comment down below 👇#narcissist #manipulation #brokenpromises #gaslighting #vaguecommunication#narcissist #manipulation #brokenpromises #gaslighting #vaguecommunication

With Sextortion on the rise and knowing that children and teens (especially boys) are the number one target, we MUST educate youth about this. Their whole world is the internet. They spend H O U R S a day on the world wide web and criminals are very effective in meeting them right where they are. Did you know it only takes 8 days to convince a child to leave the safety of their home and meet up with a complete stranger?? This should shake every parent and wake them from their slumber and stop relying on the internet as a convenient baby sister. There is a lot of good we can do with the internet, but sadly, there is also a LOT of bad. It has provided a place for evil persons with vile affections to seek out our youth to victimize them. Did you know that Sextortion can sometimes result in trafficking? You do now! Will you be a voice? Will you speak up? Will you talk to a parent about Sextortion? Will you talk to your children about Sextortion? We MUST!I have developed a short Sextortion video to bring awareness of the crime of Sextortion that has driven so many youths to hopelessness and suicide. We must let them know they are not alone, and that help IS available! https://lnkd.in/gncUTBmy

For far too long, I found myself trapped in the suffocating grip of a narcissist's manipulation and control. Every day seemed like a battle for my sanity and sense of self-worth, as I navigated through a maze of gaslighting, emotional abuse, and psychological torment. But amidst the darkness, there was a flicker of hope—a whisper within me that refused to be silenced. It was the voice of my inner strength, urging me to break free from the chains that bound me and reclaim my life. And so, with trembling hands and a heart heavy with fear, I took the first step towards freedom. It wasn't easy. There were moments of doubt, moments when I questioned my own worthiness of freedom. But with each small victory, I felt a glimmer of light piercing through the shadows. It has been a profound journey of self-healing and rediscovery. I has been an unlearning of toxic patterns of abuse and rebuilding the shattered pieces of my soul. It's been about reclaiming my voice.Today, as I stand on the other side of that journey, I am filled with gratitude for the strength that carried me through the darkness. To anyone who is still fighting to break free, I want you to know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. You are deserving of a life filled with love, joy, and authenticity. I always said, 'I was not put on this earth to be your verbal punching bag.' AND to you... I say the same thing. You are meant for so much more...If you haven't seen my TEDx talk on narcissism, coercive control and invisible abuse, now would be a good time to check it out. Leaving a like or comment will help the algorithm reach all the individuals that need to hear this message of hope and breaking the cycle. It is one of the best talks I have delivered. https://lnkd.in/dZJ-J2dG

Sure so long as you never want to progress. I mean just in my experience... and I'm sure many others to. In the real world proving constructive dismissal is a grooling task. Let's face it, whos going to hire you after sticking up for yourself like that and challenging bad practice or a toxic work culture. The Organisation against you. Career suicide if your unlucky to be trapped in a toxic work place. Personally my anxiety doesn't allow me to stay in such environments😌. I’m passionate about people the same way I am about leadership. A healthy work culture starts with a great leader. A great leader is approachable, trustowrthy, empathetic, and transparant. A positive role model for the team, and the organisation. They need to be adaptable, and able to work outside the box. Can delegate and trust their team in a way which enables them all to grow. They move with honesty, transparency and integrity... I think maybe my expectations are high, but then I think no that should be standard actually
